- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
- Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Note: We currently ship within the U.S. If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, we want you to love your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item as needed.
- Non-Coffee Items: Unopened, non-perishable items (such as merchandise or equipment) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
